Sale Properties:
As a property owner taking part in “Bundaberg’s Friendliest Suburb Promotion” we agree that to qualify, we will genuinely list our property for sale exclusively with Four Walls Realty for a period of no less than 90 days, in line with no more than a 10% variance of asking price in the recommendations based on the Comparative Market Analysis. In exchange, we will receive free professional photographs and free internet listing of our property, as well as a $250 gift voucher from one business of our choice OR a multi use card from Coles or Woolworths affiliated stores. Should we withdraw our property from sale by exercising our rights included in the Form 6 during the Promotional period, we will relinquish the $250 gift voucher received (or if used) refund $250 to Four Walls Realty.
Rental Properties
As a property owner taking part in “Bundaberg’s Friendliest Suburb Promotion” we agree that to qualify, we will appoint Four Walls Realty as managing agents of our investment property based on the information we receive in relation to their property management services. In exchange, we will receive three months free of management fees, as well as a $250 gift voucher from a one business of our choice – or a multi use card from Coles or Woolworths affiliated stores. Should we withdraw our property from management by exercising our rights included in the Form 6 during the Promotional period, we will relinquish the $250 gift voucher received (or if used) refund $250 to Four Walls Realty.
