Stress less with Amanda
I had forgotten how stressful purchasing a house can be. All the bits and pieces, negotiations, decision making from a 360 perspective, $$ stress and the list goes on!!! Prompt & Professional
When we were considering whether to sell our property Amanda responded to our request for an evaluation promptly. The market was right for us but we had tennants and did not want to sell until the house was vacant, a delay of 2 months. Amanda took this into consideration and let potential buyers know that the house would be coming on the market. Once the house was vacant Amanda went through the house with us and advised what needed to be done. Which was very little. Amanda got us an excellent price for our house. Due to her diligence in alerting potential buyers prior to the house going on the market we had a contract signed within 2 days of officially placing it in Amanda's hands. In all of our contact with Amanda was professional, friendly and helpful. We would recommend Amanda if you are considering selling your property.
