A family man with 2 boys and school teacher wife Linda, John made a decision for a career change in 2003 when he left the life as a farmer to become a Real estate agent.

Today John's commitment to the real estate industry is shown by his successful achievements. After only four years as a Salesperson and achieving the highest of awards and recognition as a Commercial agent in 2005 & 2006. John built his own successful business with a business partner in 2006 which he sold in September 2011. Spending 7 years with two other franchises and now proudly with Four Walls Realty Bargara.

I want to make special mention of the salesman who sold my home.
His name is John Pappalardo
Right from the start – when he first came to my home and asked if I could be interested in selling my lovely home (which wasn’t even listed on the market), I was curious enough to get a market appraisal at least. In the back of my mind the thought was always there that mustdownsize, as this house is way too big..and the yard is way too big for me now. (I live alone).
John had a client from NSW all cashed up and ready to buy. Nothing seemed to feel right for the Client/s with other properties looked at – or had been quickly sold in the meantime.
Did John just shrug his shoulders and think “well too bad. To cut a long story short, the clients loved it.. and wanted to put it on contract after one inspection... and they have never asked to see it again for a second look – because it was exactly what they were looking for. John had done his homework.
Since then, as a Vendor for the property, I have had much contact with John regarding the sale, the little hiccups we encountered and I can tell you (and anyone else who cares to listen) that John Pappalardo ALWAYS made time for mee, always ready to listen to my concerns or queries, and best of all ALWAYS ready to help and solve the issue…ALWAYS! And Pronto! Above and Beyond the Call of Duty. His care and professionalism is an example to all, when you see less and less of it these days. But it came as quite natural to John. Weekly reports of viewings were received and offers, near to asking price were made verbally + in email. With sale finalised, all transfers and documentations were concluded and received quickly.

John Pappalardo was referred to me buy my property managers in Bundaberg as the agent to get the job done and that was so true. My property 98 Fairway Dr Bargara was a rental property for ten years and when the tenants moved out it needed a re paint, carpets and blinds. This took around two months to complete and John was my eyes and ears on the ground which was so valuable to me. Amazing man
Both Rudi and myself were very impressed by the way John treated us, and kept us informed the whole way through the selling process.
